Applies to: All EventFire users — players, hosts, and visitors

Effective: Upon account creation or first use of the Platform

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventFire (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including players, event hosts, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

EventFire is an online platform that enables event organizers ("Hosts") to create and manage competitive events, collect registration fees, and administer participant activity. Players may discover events, register, and track their performance. EventFire acts as a platform intermediary and is not itself an event organizer.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify EventFire immediately at eventfire.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or register for events on the Platform.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform, its design, source code, or content without written permission from EventFire
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to create a competing product or service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

5.1 Ownership

The Platform, including its design, user interface, source code, algorithms, branding, logos, and all content created by EventFire, is the exclusive property of EventFire and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

5.2 Copyright Notice

© 2026 EventFire. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of this Platform, in any form, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5.3 Limited License

EventFire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to resell, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

5.4 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including event descriptions, profile information, or communications), you grant EventFire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Registration Fees

Event registration fees are set by the Host and disclosed before payment. All fees are processed through EventFire's payment provider. By completing payment, you authorize the charge.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the refund policy set by the Host for their event. EventFire does not guarantee refunds. If you believe an event did not occur as advertised, contact EventFire at eventfire.support@gmail.com to initiate a dispute. Chargebacks initiated outside of this process may result in account suspension.

6.3 Service Fees

EventFire charges a service fee on each registration. This fee is non-refundable and covers platform operating costs.

7. Event Participation

You acknowledge that participation in paintball and similar competitive events involves inherent physical risk. EventFire is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other harm arising from event participation. By registering for an event, you confirm that you are physically capable of participation and accept all associated risks. You may be required to sign a waiver provided by the Host before participating.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EventFire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

EventFire's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to EventFire in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EventFire and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to EventFire's Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. EventFire does not sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Termination

EventFire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at EventFire's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which EventFire operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding in connection with the Platform.

13. Amendments

EventFire may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
